Q. How soon do I need to place my order?

A. When you have made a decision on your cake designer you should book them straight away, as they can only complete a certain number of cakes each week.

Q. I am a celiac, can you help me?

A. Yes, I offer flavour choices for Celiacs, Vegans, Diabetics and a few other allergies such as dairy and nuts.

Q. Can I try some samples of your cakes?

A. Yes, of course, I would prefer you to try before you buy, as we want to be sure that you have the right cake flavour for your special event.

Q. How long can I keep my cake?

A. If you are lucky enough to have some left over cake, it can be frozen and kept for a while. Cut portions of mud cake will keep for up to 3 months, a full layer uncut will keep for up to 1 year and fruit cake will keep for a long time. I have redecorated them after 4 years for naming ceremonies.

Q. Do you use fresh flowers?

A. We can arrange fresh flowers or fruit for your cake or you can supply them from your florist to match your bouquets.

Q. Can I transport my cake?

A. Yes. I pack your cake for transport and the details are attached to the box on how to store it before consumption.

Q. Can I order a cake over the internet?

A. You can order your cake via email and telephone, we can send you a written quote via email and an invoice for payment. We understand that people get time poor when organising functions, so we don’t need to meet with you unless you would like to.

Q. Where do you get your cakes mixes from?

A. All of the cakes we offer are our own recipe and are made from scratch with butter, eggs and other fresh quality ingredients. We do not offer premix cakes at all. All cakes are baked and decorated on our premises.

Q. I want a really big cake, but I only have a small budget, how can I do this?

A. This is not a problem, we are offering a new service, hire a cake. This will enable you to have the look that you want at a much more reasonable price. Check out the hire a cake section on our web site.
